How much time should we plan for each week?
Plan on 60 minutes for the live call plus 1–2 hours of focused implementation. Your pace may vary by week.
What if we can’t attend a live call?
All calls are recorded. You can submit questions in advance and get time‑stamped answers.
Can more than 1 person participate from one organization?
Yes— there is an option for an additional seat for a per‑person fee. Â
Is 1:1 support included?
yes, even though the calls are for all that are enrolled, individual support is provided. Think of it as 1:1 coaching in a group setting.
When does the program start?
RFA runs on a rolling basis. Everyone will be working at their own paced based on when you start.
Do we need a specific database (CRM)?
No. We’ll help you apply the donor information system using your current tools.
Are there any additional tools we need? Though optional, it is highly recommended that your organization have access to a wealth screening tool. One will be recommended as part of the program.
