Thank you for considering our fundraising coaching services! Before purchasing any of our coaching packages, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Coaching Package Details

Our coaching packages are designed to provide 1:1 personalized guidance for nonprofit leaders. These packages may also include access to our Relationship Fundraising Master Course, which consists of 30 training videos for self-paced learning. The details of each coaching package, including the duration, deliverables, and pricing, are specified at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Payment for coaching packages is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit/debit cards

Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or additional charges will be specified during the checkout process.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Coaching Packages: Due to the personalized nature of the services, we do not offer refunds once a coaching package has been purchased. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session.
  
  
• Master Course: Upon enrollment in the Relationship Fundraising Master Course, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. You will receive lifetime access to the course content, unless otherwise stated.
  
  If, for any reason, we must cancel a session or modify the course, we will notify you promptly and work to reschedule or offer alternatives.

4. Scheduling and Availability

Coaching sessions are scheduled based on the availability of both the client and the coach. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If a client needs to reschedule, it is their responsibility to notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal and organizational information. Any data or information shared during coaching sessions will be kept private and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Relationship Fundraising Master Course, including videos, training materials, worksheets, and other resources, is the intellectual property of The Fund Coach, LLC. By enrolling in the course, you agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce these materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and training, we do not guarantee specific results. The effectiveness of the coaching is dependent on several factors, including the client’s active participation, application of strategies, and organizational context. By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from your use of the coaching services or course materials.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client engages in behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise violates the terms of this agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

9. No Transfer of Rights

Coaching packages and course access are non-transferable. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license your rights or obligations under these terms to any other party without prior written consent from The Fund Coach.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the state.
